The Mid Autumn Festival is a very important holiday in the Chinese Culture and to many Asian countries. It is also known as Harvest Festival, Moon Festival, Moon Cake Festival, August Moon Festival, Lantern Festival or Tsukimai.
It falls on the 15th day of the 8th month of the Lunar Calendar. In our Gregorian calendar, it usually occurs between the second week of September to the first two week of October.
